The cheese knife and the cheese fork were manufactured in the Claude Dozorme workshops in Thiers, with respect for tradition and cutlery. These are 100% French creations.

The fork and knife were forged in a very high quality steel: X50CrMoV15. It is composed of:
0.50 of carbon: gives the edge to the blade
0.15 of chromium: makes stainless steel
1% of molybdenum and vanadium: blade flexibility and easy resharpening
The blade of these two cheese accessories goes to the end of the handle. These two accessories are very strong. The blade is easily resharpened and very sharp.
The cheese cutlery handle is compatible with the dishwasher. Made of matt or shiny stainless steel, it is held by stainless steel nails.
